This summer we may feel the desire for joy particularly acutely.

Let’s read together: Awakening Joy: 10 Steps to Happiness, by James Baraz.

Baraz offers ten simple, yet profound, strategies for training the mind in joyfulness. Our book study group we will explore:

  • How to make happiness a habit by inclining the mind toward states that lead to well-being
  • Finding joy, even during difficult times like the COVID19 global pandemic
  • Cultivating practices for sustaining joyfulness in daily life.
