In this community conversation we explore the concept of buoyancy. In physics buoyancy describes how an object floats because of the difference between uplifting and downward forces. As a metaphor in human life, buoyancy is the capacity to float at the balance point between two opposing pressures. It is a quality that can be cultivated. With buoyancy we are more able to navigate the myriad of challenges life brings; we can better respond to the imperiled state of today’s world.

This presentation is particularly useful for care-givers, change-makers and individuals committed to their own healing journeys.
