This event is part of our Choices In Healing conversation series.Health practitioners are different than healers. Craig Weiner, DC and Mark Brady, PhD will explore that difference in great detail in hopes of moving all of us in the healer direction.
Craig Weiner is a bridge-building, health explorer who seeks to integrate multi-disciplinary approaches to healing. By drawing from traditions of body-based somatic healing methods, emotional/psyche grounded approaches, energetic explorations and spiritual journeying, he has continued to find and share how healing is always a unique personal journey, grounded by connection to others in a context of safety.
Mark Brady is a transpersonal neurobiologist who spent 10 years as a cultural anthropologist hanging out with Nobel Prize winners and MacArthur Geniuses at one of the nation’s premier think tanks: The Center for Advanced Study at Stanford (under deep cover as the maintenance man!). He has spent most of his adult life attempting to marry science to spirituality, health and well-being and how vulnerabilities of body and brain contribute unwittingly to human suffering.
