Insight meditation is about seeing things as they really are, free from belief, delusion and artifice. By examining our sensations, feelings and thoughts, it trains the mind and opens the heart. Insight meditation is a stimulating process of self-discovery.
Over six sessions, we will practice 30 minutes of silent meditation with a few guidelines for newcomers, followed by 30 minutes of Q & A.
Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary. Come to one session or come to all six.
