“Humor was originally a term referring to the 4 basic substances in the human body. When they were flowing, all was well. Being of good humor or being able to find lightness in the moment is a skill we all can build. What’s good for a laugh is good for the soul.
This evening’s event is hosted by Victoria Castle and Vicki Robin, co-founders of Whidbey’s own Improv Troupe, Comedy Island. We’ll be playing simple games to get our humors flowing in body, mind, and spirit. You don’t have to be funny to participate, just willing to let a chuckle or giggle escape.
Free event. Donations gratefully accepted.
