Learn how to be present with the practice of mindfulness meditation and allow your creative self to express your meditative experience through drawing or painting. Everyone has a creative part of themselves and everyone can learn how to meditate. This will be a relaxed and fun offering and absolutely no meditation or artistic skills are required!!
