Tim Clark is hosting this mindfulness skills circle. Following Marsha Linehan’s model, we will learn how to use mindfulness skills in everyday life. This will involve the development of mindful awareness of sensations, feelings, and thoughts. We will focus on how to act in each moment, so that in little ways, we make life better.
Tuesdays, 4:30- 6pm. Come to one or all sessions.
Tim Clark holds a master’s degree in applied behavioral science and he is a retired mental health professional and life-long mindful meditator.
