Mindfulness meditation in the insight tradition is about seeing life as it really is, free from belief and delusion. By gently noticing and investigating sensations, thoughts and emotions, it trains the mind and opens the heart.
Intended for new and experienced meditators, this circle will support you in creating and sustaining your own regular meditation practice. Everyone is welcome.
This winter, we will explore the key Buddhist heart qualities. Cultivating these qualities of universal kindness, gratitude, generosity, compassion, forgiveness, joy, and equanimity in our daily lives can lead to a sense of deep and lasting happiness.
