Mindfulness meditation in the insight tradition is about seeing life as it really is, free from belief and delusion. By gently noticing and investigating sensations, thoughts and emotions, it trains the mind and opens the heart.
Intended for new and experienced meditators, this circle will support you in creating and sustaining your own regular meditation practice. Everyone is welcome.
This spring, we will explore taking mindfulness “off the cushion” and how we can cultivate it in our everyday lives and activities.
