In these trying times of fear and uncertainty, we can come together and share in the space of meditation. Practicing being in the present moment can help calm our minds and our anxieties. Please consider joining me for meditation on Friday morning, 3/27 at 8:30 am for a 40-minute mindfulness meditation. This is a free offering and will continue on Friday mornings indefinitely.
