Parenting is a journey, taking us to peaks more beautiful than ever imaginable and to depths that test our stamina. Then sometimes, things get worse.

When our children (of any age) are hurting—whether from anxiety, depression, loneliness, or other circumstances—we hurt too. We can feel at a loss about what to do. Our hearts ache with worry.

Aching hearts need support. Join us in this healing circle, sharing our stories with other parents who get it, offering us comfort in knowing we are not alone.

This is an open, drop in circle, which typically meets 2nd & 4th Tuesdays, 10-11:30am, but there are exceptions. Please consult the calendar of check with the host.

Hosted by Diana Sandoval: Diana is a parenting coach, a racial justice trainer and consultant, and a longtime facilitator of groups. She believes in the power of listening, of being witnessed, and of sitting in community. She is the mother of a young adult.
