Mindfulness meditation in the insight tradition is about seeing life as it really is, free from belief and delusion. By gently noticing and investigating sensations, thoughts and emotions, it trains the mind and opens the heart.
Intended for new and experienced meditators, this circle will support you in creating and sustaining your own regular meditation practice. Everyone is welcome.
This fall, we will explore the Ten Perfections of Buddhism. Also known as the Paramies, these qualities are very helpful for anyone on a spiritual path and can be developed and applied in any situation.
