Mindfulness meditation in the insight tradition is about seeing things as they really are, free from belief and illusion. By gently noticing and investigating sensations, thoughts and emotions, it trains the mind and opens the heart.

Each week, we will explore a different topic related to coping with the COVID19 pandemic. Sessions will also include mindfulness meditation and discussion.
