Mindfulness Meditation

Fridays | 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM

Through meditation we can learn about our minds and get to know ourselves in a deeper way. Whether you are a seasoned meditator or a beginner, this weekly meditation circle will help you to hone the practice of shamatha (calm abiding) meditation.

Being Presence Circle

Wednesdays | 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM

There is more to us than just our thoughts, feelings and perceptions. In this circle we will invite that dimension forward. Being present in this way allows us to realize the peace and quiet joy innate to being alive.

Tuesdays | 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM | Through April 29th

An in-person gathering of meditation, poetry, and prompts. There are no prerequisites. Anyone can benefit from the practice of reflective writing in order to explore and understand ourselves more deeply.
