Tuesdays through July 28th | 6:00 – 7:30 PM 

You’ve spent time, money, and sleepless nights supporting your loved one. Now it’s your turn for support, and you can find it in this non-judgmental, peer-led circle of fellow travelers, where you can reclaim your own identity and rediscover what brings you joy. Living with Cancer

If you’ve been newly diagnosed, are in or beyond treatment, or if you’ve lived with cancer for a while, we invite you to join a healing circle. This circle is hosted by Diana Lindsay, a 20-year cancer survivor. This circle is on break over the summer. Laughter Yoga

First & Third Sundays | 1:30 – 2:30 pm | On break July 19th

Mindfulness Meditation

Fridays | 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM

Through meditation we can learn about our minds and get to know ourselves in a deeper way. Whether you are a seasoned meditator or a beginner, this weekly meditation circle will help you to hone the practice of shamatha (calm abiding) meditation.
