We welcome you back into our center, whether it’s your first time or a joyful reunion. Please drop by for a circle of two. Check out the space, tell us your story of the pandemic, or share whatever is on your heart today. Our volunteers are trained listeners who respect confidentiality.

Healing circles help us step out of ordinary time into a safe and accepting environment in which we can explore our healing and enjoy the benefits of community.

Together, we explore ways of deepening our capacity to heal, alleviating our suffering, and finding meaning in both challenge and joy

Built on the Healing Circles Langley model, Healing Circles Global has trained hosts from 32 countries and offers circles in nine focus areas. Its growth has become a wonderful advantage to Whidbey by:

  • Increasing the number of circles that the Whidbey community can attend
  • Providing offerings for those who can’t easily leave their homes
  • Extending our reach to Central and Northern Whidbey
  • Delighting us all by being in circle with those from around the globe

Volunteer

We are blessed and amazed by the astounding talent of people who live on South Whidbey and their wonderful generosity in donating those talents to others. Almost every day, new ideas and new people come through our door, eager to make Healing Circles Langley an even more valued resource in our community.

Circle-of-two volunteers

As humans, we are happier and healthier when we have someone to talk to when we need it. Our Circle-of-two volunteers are like neighbors who welcome you to the kitchen table or the front porch to have a cup of tea and connect—really good neighbors who know how to listen and support without overstepping.

Circle hosts

Our circle hosts create safe and creative places to explore our own healing and provide a space for connection. If you have experience in hosting circles, please let us know.

Volunteers at large

Our volunteers at large offer what they can when they can. Come in and we’ll match your skills and passions with ours.

To learn whether we’re a good match for you, please drop in Monday through Friday from 10 am to 2 pm or contact us.
